Description of problem:

Using this iso (latest as of right now):
rhn-satellite-5.1.0-179-redhat-linux-as-i386-4-embedded-oracle.iso

the readme, while it says it's 5.1 and points to a 5.1 documentation link (Which
currently 404's), lists out only 5.0 features. it should be rewritten to feature
the 5.1 feature set.

New README for 5.1 ISO

Here's a new README I wrote for the 5.1 ISO, heavily derived from jha's release
notes. 

One note: it references a 5.1 docs url that does not currently exist at
redhat.com/docs. I've contacted jha & mhideo to see if there are plans to make
those documents available there in time for the final 5.1 GA date.

re comment 2, jha will be handling pushing the docs to redhat.com/docs so the
links in the README will be live by release time.

5.1 Sat GA so Docs bugs Closed for Current Release.
