Description of problem:
The description of package sqlite-devel-3.4.2-3.fc8 promises besides headers and
docs a statically linkable version of sqlite, supposedly: libsqlite3.a But it is
missing in the package.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.4.2-3.fc8

How reproducible:
Query filelist of sqlite-devel, grep for libsqlite3.a.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -ql sqlite-devel | grep libsqlite3.a || echo "not found."
  
Actual results:
not found.

Expected results:
/usr/lib/libsqlite3.a

Additional info:
Either fix the package by adding libsqlite3.a, or fix the description of the
package to not announce the static version of the library anymore.
