Description Mary Ellen Foster 2008-03-29 22:15:26 UTC
Description of problem:
In the K menu, under "Games / Card Games" is an item that's labelled as simply
"Card Game", which appears to be "lskat". It would be nice if that were slightly
more descriptive. :)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Well, think of a name for the game/app that is both better, more descriptive,
but not already used or with any trademarks (or encumbered by any other legal
mumbo-jumbo).  :)

Regardless, there's not much we can do about a non-descriptive app name, I'm afraid.

As always, suggestions welcome.

Enjoy your Kickoff...
Kickoff normally only displays the generic name of applications, you have to
mouse over the menu entry and the name will magically appear under it.
lskat.desktop has:
Name=LSkat
GenericName=Card Game
(and translations thereof). So Kickoff will only show "Card Game" and then
make "LSkat" appear on mouseover.

This is one of the things I don't like about Kickoff. The simple menu does the
right thing (it displays both Name and GenericName).

In any case, lskat.desktop is correct.
