Description of problem:
Logged in as a regular user (not root)

setroubleshoot fails to start when selected from the pull down menu.  Error
message is: "connection failed at /var/run/setroubleshoot/setroubleshoot server,
Permission denied

It starts for me with today's livecd.  John -- are you still seeing problems?
