Description of problem:

kdehelpcenter is completey empty. "Build search index" is empty.

When calling help center from kcalc (or other apps, e.g. konsole, dolphin) I get
the error:

The requested help file could not be parsed:
/usr/share/doc/HTML/en//kcalc/index.docbook

This file is present:
$ls -l /usr/share/doc/HTML/en//kcalc/index.docbook
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 25008 2008-04-04 22:38
/usr/share/doc/HTML/en//kcalc/index.docbook

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdebase-runtime-4.0.3-5.fc9.i386

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open kcalc (or other apps, e.g. konsole, dolphin)
2. Click <Help> <Handbook>

Actual results:
kdehelpcenter comes up with above error in main window

it's fixed in kdebase-runtime-4.0.3-8.fc9.i386, it should be available in 
rawhide soon
