The gd_README is a gd specific file, and should be included in the php-gd sub
package, not in the php-common sub package.

1. rpm -qf /usr/share/doc/php-common-5.1.6/gd_README
  
Actual results:
php-common-5.1.6-15.el5

Expected results:
php-gd-5.1.6-15.el5

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
