$ create_book –lang=zh-CN 
doesn't exist

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
all

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type create_book –lang=zh-CN
2. hope for chinese upstream book generation
3. fail

Added --lang parameter to allow overriding source language:

    --lang
        Use the specified langauge as the source language.
