Description of problem:

The status "deactivated" is not synched between AD and FDS, while users can be
deactivated in both there is no way to sync that.

The attribute in AD the describes the status of the user is "userAccountControl"
there are several different possible values on AD side, e.g. 512 describe a
nomal account while 514 is deactivated. In detail these values can be found here

How reproducible: Deactivate a user in either AD or FDS and the status will not
be replicated.
