Description of problem:
I install F9 and yesterday there is an update for kernel who are now 2.6.25.3-18fc9
On boot just before udev start I have two line:
hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1
hub 2-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 2

My usb port work fine but with kernel before this one I don't have this lines
 
I don't know if it is a bug
