This is IMHO wrong..removing a -devel subpackage should not result in having 
the runtime removed. This is because kdepim 
requires /usr/lib/libkpilot_conduit_base.so which is the -devel subpackage, 
but if it's a runtime dependency (I have no idea if it is..), it should be 
moved out of -devel.

Uh, actually no, we don't want this to block the KDE41 tracker, as this is 
kdepim and we won't push kdepim 4 to F9. Sorry for the noise.
