Description of problem:

AVC message starting snmpd with selinux enabled:

type=AVC msg=audit(1211899064.827:76): avc:  denied  { setsched } for  pid=10630
comm="snmpd" scontext=unconfined_u:system_r:snmpd_t:s0
tcontext=unconfined_u:system_r:snmpd_t:s0 tclass=process

How reproducible:

Completely.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start/Restart snmpd with selinux enabled
  
Actual results:

AVC message.

Expected results:

No AVC message.

You can allow this for now by executing 

# audit2allow -M mypol -i /var/log/audit/audit.log 
# semodule -i mypol.pp

Fixed in selinux-policy-3.3.1-56.fc9
