Escaped apostrophes are appearing in ticket search (see attachment). I believe
this may be due to instances of double-escaped apostrophes (\\') in existing
ticket data. I doubt users entered these, so something must be creating them (or
created them).

- need to find/fix the data
- need to investigate the cause
