Description of problem: In the first install screen, there's a list of languages for the installation. Hebrew is not included. Additional info: * There is already RTL (Right-To-Left) support in the GUI which is used for Arabic and Farsi. * I attached minimal patches that enable Hebrew support and they seem to work OK. * These patches still uses the 'us' keyboard (which should be OK as all data entry during install is in English). Later, we may patch a localized keyboard into rhpl and change this as well.

Generally, we wait to add to the list in lang-table until there's a sufficient number of translations. I'll go ahead and pre-emptively add it but if Hebrew isn't to ~90% or so translation status by the time we're getting late in the Fedora 10 cycle, I'll have to remove it.
