Description of problem: When installing in a language other than English (tested
Chinese (simplified), French, and German), packet descriptions are not getting
translated.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: Whenever not using English to install.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert CD
2. Select non-english language
3. Continue through installation normally until it is time to install packets
  

Expected results:
Packet descriptions get translated

Actual results:
Packet descriptions not translated
