Description of problem:

When installing from URL, I have the option to connect via eth0 or eth1. I
selected one of them (which one is irrelevant), had it time out, then hit back
and selected one again (doesn't matter if it's the same or different), had it
time out again, and then hit back again. Whichever one I select the third time
causes a circular locking dependency, but the installation seems able to continue.

When you select which to connect with, a screen pops up with options and an OK
or Back choice. If you continue to hit OK after time outs, the problem does NOT
occur. It only happens when I go back and choose between eth0 and eth1 again.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Today's rawhide.

How reproducible:
Tested it twice.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Rawhide with boot.iso, installing from URL
2. Try to connect three times
3. Watch screen barf out cyrillic
  
Actual results:

Circular locking dependency, but installation was able to continue to stage 2.

Expected results:

No problems.
