I am surprised to see that its working now :| After filing the bug i revisited
the page and it was working :) Has bugzilla got some AI? :P

Thanks for the prompt report and follow-up.  The proxy server probably had a
mis-configuration or some other failure so it didn't have that content.  When
you reloaded the page, either that server was resolved or (more likely) you hit
a working proxy.

I tried to replicate with multiple reloads, which usually hits all the proxies
given enough tries.  Things seem to be resolved.
