Description of problem:I am not able to pull up all issues opened by a user with
out putting in a key word in the string search field. 


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Choose search issues then advanced search.
2.Choose username under the Opened By as only search field.
3.Search for all issues opened by that user.
  
Actual results:
Get a error message that you have to put in at least one word in the search
string field.


Expected results:
The search would return all issues opened by that user with out requiring me to
limit it with a word in the string search.
