Description of problem:

Missing archive
libglade-2.0.a is not pakaged with libglade2-devel as it used to be. No
components seem to contain it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

libglade2-devel-2.6.2-3.fc8

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install libglade2-devel RPM
2. Spot lack of archive library
3. Profit!

Expected results:

Archive present.

Fedora has a policy against shipping static libraries unless there is a _very_
good reason. But there is no reason at all to link libglade statically...
