Description of problem:
libstdc++-devel provides "The GNU C++ Library Documentation", but unfortunately
without API reference that is available online at
http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/libstdc++-html-USERS-4.3/index.html and
for downloading at ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/libstdc++/doxygen/
It would be great to have it with man pages in (probably separate) package.
