Description Graham Cole 2008-06-25 05:55:02 UTC
Description of problem:
Getting transactions fails on Schwab Bank account under gnucash on Fedora 9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.2.5.1.fc9

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Entered in my Schwab account information into the aqbanking wizard
2. Went to appropriate account in gnucash and select Actions->Online
Actions->Get Transactions
3. Enter Password when prompted

Actual results:
Getting transactions failes with the following error message:
Executing Jobs
No the jobs are send via their backends to the credit institutes.

Resolving hostname "ofx.schwab.com" ...
IP address is 162.93.224.41

Parsing response
OFX: General error (Unable to parse input. Account information may contain bad
or invalid characters such as spaces.)
Job gettransactions had an error: Unable to parse input. Account information
may contain bad or invalid characters such as spaces.

Expected results:
Transactions should be downloaded successfully

Additional info:
This works on gnuash under fedora 8, which is version 2.2.5.1.fc8. however I
installed this version on F9 and got the same error. I also tried downgrading
aqbanking to the version in F8, with no luck. So it is possible that it is not
gnucash itself but some underlying component.
