Description John Ellson 2008-06-27 16:06:35 UTC
Description of problem:
Clicking on column headers could sort packages by architecture, or by repo, both
of which would be very useful and a lot less effort than typing in a search
string, and more standard than struggling with the "Search Options" feature
which doesn't accept partial matches.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
yumex-2.0.4-1.fc9.noarch

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yumex
2. click on "Repo." column header
3.

Actual results:
Nothing happens

Expected results:
Sort by Repo

You can select the category to categorize the packages by repository, adding
column sorting hurt a lot on the speed, when adding packages to the view, so it
has not been implementet, so the user don't fall asleep.
It might be added in the future, but not in the 2.0.x branch. I need a lot of
changes behind the scene to make it not suck so much.
