$ rpm -qlp perl-5.6.0-15 | grep getopts
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/getopts.pl

$ rpm -qp --provides perl-5.6.0-15 | grep getopts
(nothing!)

Additionally, some packages require "perl(getopts.pl)": openssh-perl,
libungif-progs, etc... and therefore they cannot be installed.

error: failed dependencies:
        perl(SGMLTools)   is needed by sgml-tools-1.0.9-12

Not sure if this is the same problem, or if it belongs to some other perl-*  or
sgml-* RPM.

Fixed in rawhide.
