I just used rpm -Fvh to upgrade from rpm-3.0.3-0.12 to
rpm -3.0.3-0.14, and now I don't have an rpm executable.
I suspect something is amiss with rpm-3.0.3-0.14.i386.rpm .

Something was amiss with rpm-3.0.3-0.12. Fixed in rpm-3.0.3-0.14.
