Description:
Weex is an utility designed to automate the task of remotely
maintaining a web site or other FTP archive. It will synchronize a set
of local files to a remote server by performing uploads and remote
deletes as required.

Upstream is dead since long. I will consider not fixing this because there are few more packages out there which do the job nicely.

In case anyone is interested, please feel free to package it, there is one Arch patch included.
