Description of problem:
When running module load/unload and simple GDB testing for a 4.6.z errata
Kernel, dell-pe1650-1.test.redhat.com had lots of I/O errors,

I could reproduce it on the latest 4.7.z (78.0.3.EL) Kernel as well,
