Description of problem:
A lot of applications which use gobject are broken. They all fail with the same
result:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
0x0efd65c4 in ?? () from /lib/libgobject-2.0.so.0

Attached are backtraces of the package version glib2-debuginfo-2.16.4-1.fc9

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
glib2-debuginfo-2.16.4-1.fc9

How reproducible:
Just start VLC, Inkscape, Liferea or a lot of other applications.
  
Actual results:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
