This should be supported in the next version of anaconda. Please give it a try and let us know if the keyboard or language settings are not quite right.

I have installed both Fedora Gnome&KDE, language settings are ok. Tajik keyboard is not working...
Martin committed a patch for various keyboard layout fixes not too long ago. Please try again with F10 beta.
