Description of problem:
The Summary field for the qemu-img subpackage is just a copy of the base package
summary.
It should explain what the subpackage is for.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qi qemu-img
  
Actual results:
Summary     : QEMU is a FAST! processor emulator

Expected results:
Summary     : QEMU disk image manipulation commandline tool

Fixed in CVS. Will get built at some point in the future, surely.
