I believe I've fixed this in SVN upstream, will filter down to Fedora updates pretty soon. Specific issue would have been triggered by a previous removal of a network card.

Hey guys, I am having the same crash problem in Network manager in fedora core 9. I have tried to update Network Manager using yum update but it could not update showing webcat access denied. Please guide me in this case.
