Channel -> Manage Software Channels -> Manage Software Packages -> select a few
packages -> delete packages

Test package, patch clusters, patches

 /network/software/packages/manage/delete_confirm.pxt 
=>/rhn/software/manage/packages/ConfirmPackageRemove.do

Verified in Spacewalk 0.2.
