Package/Iso/Patch downloads have been converted from perl to java.

There are really only 3 places where it is used:

1.  On the package details page:
  /rhn/software/packages/Details.do

package download and Patch/Cluster Readme download

2.  On the Iso download page, but we don't actually support isos, so there isn't
really any way/reason to test that.

3.  During a kickstart, we download a few packages.  Doing a baremetal kickstart
from GA to the base channel should be adequate to test this.
