Description of problem:
/usr/lib64/plymouth and /usr/libexec/plymouth should be owned by plymouth package

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
plymouth-0.5.0-9.2008.08.01.fc10.x86_64


Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qf /usr/lib64/plymouth/*
2. rpm -qf /usr/libexec/plymouth/*
3. rpm -qf /usr/lib64/plymouth
4. rpm -qf /usr/libexec/plymouth
