Description of problem:

Evolution doesn't send correct URL when containing sign '&' to Web browser when opening link embedded in mail message using right mouse button and option 'Open Link in Browser'.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

evolution-2.22.3.1-1.fc9.x86_64

How reproducible:

Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open mail with embedded link containing & signs.
2. Right click on a link and select 'Open Link in Browser'
3. Browser receives incorrect link
  
Actual results:

In location bar of Web browser every & sign is replaced with & sequence of letters.

Expected results:

URL should be unmodified!

Thank you for the bug report.  At the moment, the Fedora developers are
busy fixing other issues and do not have time to work on this one.  The
best way to make sure your problem will get looked on is to report it to
the authors of the program. Mostupstream authors use a bug tracking system
like bugzilla, and more people who know the code will be looking at the
bug report there.
