The RHEL5 kernel panics on oops. We should do this in MRG.

Verified ... 2.6.24.7-74 kernel do not panic on oops, while 2.6.24.7-81 does.

Tested using the dooops module (in attachment https://bugzilla.redhat.com/attachment.cgi?id=317984) ... not added as an RHTS test, since RHTS is not prepared for handling kernel oops in an efficient way.
