Description of problem: tuna in MRG 1.0 lacks saving changes, v0.6, available in our internal repo provides this feature, saving the changes in rtctl/rtgroups format.

Other than that try to do the same operations using the GUI. Testing tuna should be enough for testing the other two packages, python-linux-procfs and rtctl, that were changed in this batch.
