When using Software updater application crashes, and wont apply updates. New installation of REHL 5, trying to apply 119 updates. Tried selecting updates individually, only able to apply 2 of 119.

Comment 1 Chris Murphy 2008-08-28 17:32:54 UTC
I was ultamatly able to get past this by applying the kernel updates by themselves, restarting the server, and then was able to apply all the remaining updates.

Hi there,
This bug was addressed as part of the Enterprise Linux 5.3 update release made available in Jan 2009.

Please open a support ticket if this is still an issue for you using current version of the software and we can help to investigate further.

Regards,
Cliff
