Description of problem:
satellite-sync option --ca-cert do not work
It is just in man and --help, but not implemented 
It always read RHNS-CA-CERT
No matter what is specified on command line or in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date

Ohh, notabug. I put there only one - (-ca-cert).
