Map SKUs to categories and not products. Improved SEP usage

Mapping sku to support queue/products.
Product (EAP) goes to 10-15 elements (App server). Elements show up in picklist. Depending on the element, that routes it to the correct support queue. Mapping SKU to Product would simplify things greatly.
Requires more specifications.
