Description Jon Stanley 2008-09-11 23:28:09 UTC
Rawhide 20080911 cannot configure the network on my HP dv6135 laptop. It fails to configure via NM, and the following is displayed:

list_connections_cb(): Couldn't retrieve connections: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken.

Same type of error occured before for system_settings_get_unmanaged_devices_cb().

I'm attempting to install via eth0.

That's the NM piece of it, I'll file another bug (I can't manually configure either)

Newer rawhide NM resolves this.
