Description Jon Stanley 2008-09-13 00:04:12 UTC
Using 20080912 rawhide, I can't boot into rescue mode (PXE boot, http to get stage2).

Python traceback with a SyntaxError attempting to print the error message 'Unable to find /bin/sh to execute! Not starting shell'

Comment 1 Jon Stanley 2008-09-15 04:06:41 UTC
Marc, why did you throw this in NEEDINFO? There's no indication of what additional information is required.

Comment 2 marco crosio 2008-09-15 06:01:34 UTC
i think full python Traceback message could help developer to solve?
so i forgot to indicate...
excuse me :)

Comment 3 Chris Lumens 2008-09-15 13:46:32 UTC
Well that's just a dumb typo. We were even able to start a shell on tty2. This will be fixed in the next build of anaconda (which will probably not be in the beta).
