Description of problem:
rubygem-actionpack 2.1.1 is available and fixes a security issue, please
update on all active branches; especially the EPEL ones. And for me it seems
to work everywhere.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rubygem-actionpack-2.1.0-1

Expected results:
rubygem-actionpack-2.1.1-1 or newer on all active branches.
