Description of problem:
 * A Hebrew translation was committed to transifex
  (against 1.0.x branch, for F10).
 * The statistics page was later updated (Hebrew 91% translated).
 * There is an icon showing stats-warning about 'he' missing
   from ALL_LINGUAS
 * I also couldn't locate the commit in the upstream git
   tree.
