  unresolved deps: 
     dillo

dillo doesn't exist in epel, so this plugin has broken deps. 

You could: 

branch it for epel

or

remove this plugin from epel branches.

Since there is a new dillo version which has requires which are not in fedora I would like to drop the plugin for now. New build pushed. http://buildsys.fedoraproject.org/build-status/job.psp?&uid=828
