When click the Add the first pool link in the smart pool Pool management Page It stopped at the current status displayed in the picture

Description of problem:
When click on the Add first Pool link ,the page fall into the no stopping buffering status

How reproducible:

Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open the ovirt Administration User Interface
2.Navigate to the existing smart pool without any pool
3.Click the Pool in the Content Pane Menu bar
4.Click on the Add first Pool link
Actual results:
When click on the Add first Pool link ,the page fall into the no stopping buffering status

Expected results:
The Add Pool dialog could be open as we click on the Add Pool Menu bar item

This feature has been modified in version 0.95.So the reproduce actions are no necessary.I tested this feature for ovirt-0.95 on fedora 9.And it works well.
