Description of problem:
Running ThunderBird under locale zh-CN,after creating a new account of "RSS New & Blogs and adding a new feed, it will not automatically receiving new articles. Changed to locale en_US,worked fine.

Meanwhile it will generate following error message in JavaScript Console:

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run thunderbird under zh-CN
2. create a new account for "RSS News & Blogs" and add a new feed(in my case: http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/wp-rss2.php)
3. in the window that should list the problem appear
  
Actual results:
It doesn't receive new articles automatically 

Expected results:
It should worked fine as under locale en_US.

Cannot import an .opml feed as well, the same error message in JavaScript Console.

We don't have capacity to fix this, there is no customer's demand, and upstream
is for this version of Thunderbird in the security-and-serious-bugs-only mode.

Closing as WONTFIX.
