Description:
The piggyback utilities are designed to attach an initial ramdisk to an a.out
format kernel image. Syntax: piggyback kernel.aout System.map initrd.img

Note: This utility is intended for 32bit sparc only (but includes a tool for operating on sparc64 kernels)

the -s on install strips the binaries on install resulting in debuginfo being empty. need to drop the -s from install then you get valid debuginfo packages.

builds fine in mock

verified that the source matches upstream.

Fix the install on import and this is approved.
