eh ..I think ..if someone comes up and help me in solving this bug .. i really cannot dedicated good amount of time .

I think you need to add 'BuildRequires: python-devel'.

NB: I am not interested in co-maintainership. :-)

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10 development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.
