Description of problem:
PXE Boot while providing static IP configuration prompts for networking details in stage#1.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
 * rawhide=20081002/x86_64
 * anaconda-

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. PXE boot the noted rawhide tree
2. Add boot arguments: ksdevice=00:1a:64:33:d5:08 ip= netmask= gateway= dns= noipv6
3. When prompted, enter lang=en and keymap=us
4. Select URL install method
Actual results:
Prompted for networking details again.

Expected results:
Networking was provided on command-line

This is fixed in rawhide now, will be included in anaconda-
