When resizing an NTFS filesystem, anaconda-11.4.0.82 displays a progress bar that flickers rapidly and consumes a large percentage of CPU cycles but does not provide a useful indication of progress.  Resizing can take a long time, leading the user to wonder whether the process has hung indefinitely.

This requires ntfsresize to provide more useful resizing progress feedback and then (per-filesystem) implementation of parsing such progress feedback.  If someone were to provide a patch for this, we'd be glad to review it and include it.  But it's not something that we're actively working on
