This patch fix some parsing bugs and add some new functionality (disable for now)

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 10 development cycle.
Changing version to '10'.

Applied upstream now, thanks for the patch. Closing UPSTREAM but feel free to reopen if you want to track the status for Fedora specifically.
